Seasoned HR Professional with more than 20 years experience in Human Resources and Employee Communications. Has been involved in various major organization initiatives i.e. leading the People Stream for new corporate entities establishment, managing employee transition programs, establishing in-house training academy and many more. Her last position was Vice President, Learning Group Head of Human Resources Directorate, PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. and Head of Danamon Corporate University, before decided to take corporate sabbatical leave since April 2015.

In 2008 took a career enhancement in Corporate Communication to oversee Internal Communication function, cascading down key messages throughout the organization, managing all internal communication channels and range of initiatives on corporate culture, employer branding & internal engagement, delivered various communication projects and roadshows involving >65,000 employees nationwide, also certified as a Black-Belt Internal Communicator.

A psychologist from the University of Padjadjaran, Industrial & Organizational Department, Bandung. Certified Business Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School, Jakarta. Certified trainer for Everything DiSC from Wiley, USA. Certified DDI facilitator. Listed as a facilitator in Talk-inc since 2007. Currently serves various organization as a facilitator for people development courses.
